Georgia Young

Georgia Young

Founder & CEO

Raised in the UK and educated in the US, Georgia Young holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Business and spent four years working in ESG and financial strategy consulting. Her career focused on helping financial institutions evaluate long-term impact, responsible sourcing, and performance-driven decision making.

Rallee was born out of Georgia’s own frustration with modern energy options. Between early workouts, long workdays, and social commitments after hours, she needed a solution that could support consistent performance without relying on energy drinks filled with unnecessary ingredients or daily café lines. She built Rallee around intentional formulation, clean ingredients, and responsible production; creating a modern approach to caffeine designed for real life.

As someone balancing a demanding career and a busy life, I needed a wellness solution that was clean, effective, and gentle on my sensitive stomach- no scary ingredients, just simple energy I could trust to keep up with me every day.
